IgG production by B cells cultured in vitro. Monocytes and B cells were prepared from primary pSS patients (n = 10) and HC (n = 9). B cells (7.5 × 104/ml) were cultured with or without monocytes (1.5 × 105/ml) from the same subject in a 24-well plate using a transwell insert in the absence or presence of 2.0 μg/ml of sBAFF for 4 days. Concentrations of IgG in the culture supernatants were measured by ELISA. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
