SNP treatment resulted in a reduction of chondrocyte viability compared with the control group in a dose-dependent manner. a–c OA chondrocytes were cultured with various concentration of SNP (0.5 mg/ml, 1 mg/ml, or 2 mg/ml) for 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h. d OA chondrocytes were pretreated with different concentrations of ASP (50 μg/ml or 200 μg/ml), then incubated with SNP for 24 h. Cell viability was analyzed with MTS.
