FICZ attenuated lung fibrosis in a bleomycin-induced mouse model. BLM at a dose of 0.06 units/animal was intratracheally administered with (denoted as FICZ) or without FICZ (vehicle). PBS was intratracheally administered as a control of BLM. Mice were sacrificed 3 weeks after BLM administration to evaluate lung fibrosis.
