Radiographic measurement of disc height. The posterior disc height (D1), middle disc height (D2), and anterior disc height (D3) were measured and calibrated. The disc height (DH) was calculated as (D1 + D2 + D3)/3. Changes in DH were expressed as percentage DH (%DH) and normalized to the measured baseline DH as follows: %DH = (post-injection DH/baseline DH) × 100
