Lateral radiograms of a rabbit lumbar spine. Disc height (DH) was measured every 2 weeks using radiography in rabbit discs injected with condoliase. A significant decrease in DH on the lateral radiograph was observed 4 weeks after the condoliase injection. The radiogram of the PRPr group showed a more remarkable recovery of the disc space than that of the saline group at week 16
