WFR inhibits the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. RT-qPCR results showed that WFR effectively decreased the expression of CCND1, GSK-3β, and c-Myc mRNA in the joint synovium of CIA rats (A), WFR effectively decreased the expression of CCND1, GSK-3β, and c-Myc mRNA in CIA FLS (B). WB detection showed that WFR decreased the protein expression of β-catenin (C), CCND1 (D), and c-Myc (E) in CIA FLS.
