Pimaric and kaurenoic acids suppress Th17 polarization of CD4+cells. Splenocytes from C57BL/6 mice were stimulated with 1 μg/mL anti-CD3/CD28 in the presence or absence of IL-6 (50 ng/mL) and TGF-β (1 ng/mL) for 72 h. Either (a and b) pimaric or (c and d) kaurenoic acid was added at indicated concentrations. The expression of IL-17A among CD4+ T cells was analyzed using FACS. Representative plots and graphs are shown with the mean ± SEM. Data are representative of three independent experiments
