  1. JIA, juvenile idiopathic arthritis; RF, rheumatoid factor; cJADAS-10, 10-joint clinical Juvenile Arthritis Disease Activity Score; PGA, physician’s global assessment; C-HAQ, Childhood Health Assessment Questionnaire; GC, glucocorticoid; DMARD, disease-modifying antirheumatic drug; NRS, Numerical Rating Scale; PHQ-9, Patient Health Questionnaire-9. The frequency of possible signs of suicidal or self-harm thoughts are based on PHQ-9 item 9: ‘Thoughts that you would be better off dead, or thoughts of hurting yourself in some way’ with response categories ranging from ‘never’ (score = 0), ‘on several days’ (score = 1), ‘more than half the days’ (score = 2) and ‘almost every day’ (score = 3). The association of sociodemographic and clinical parameters with signs of suicidal or self-harm thoughts was investigated using logistic regression analysis.
