Expression of regulatory T cell (Treg) levels in C57BL/6.NOD-Aec1Aec (SjS) mice compared to C57BL/6 (B6) females. CD4+ T cell analysis was performed on two groups (n = 5 mice/group) of age-matched B6 and SjS females (32 weeks of age) and evaluated for the expression of IL-10, CD25, and Foxp3.
