Arthritis Research and Therapy: 25th Anniversary
2024 marks the 25th anniversary since Arthritis Research & Therapy published its first article. Over the last quarter of a century the journal has established itself as one of the leading influencers in the field of rheumatology.
To mark the occasion, we are looking back at impactful research from the last few years, as well as highlighting some milestone achievements throughout the journals history.
Journal Milestones
"I joined the Arthritis Research & Therapy editorial board one year ago and I’m honored to be part of a scientific community with such high editorial standards. The journal is one of the leading influencers in the field of rheumatology, addressing the latest scientific discoveries in a clinical context. I’m sure these 25 years of accomplishments are only the beginning of the journey, and many more years of success will follow. Congratulations!!"
– Dr. Lara Longobardi, ARRT Associate Editor
University of North Carolina, USA
“I have been delighted to be associated with Arthritis Research and Therapy as an author, reviewer and associate editor. It has led the way for open access scientific publication in rheumatology and has really developed an enviable reputation for publishing high quality and relevant translational and laboratory research, as well as clinical papers. As the boundaries between mechanistic, translational and clinical research are increasingly overlapping this is more relevant than ever.”
- Professor Chris Denton, ARRT Associate Editor, UCL Division of Medicine, UK
